Add one-two teaspoons of tea leaves (approx. 3 grams) per 8 ounce cup of water. (Please note this is for a traditional 8 ounce cup.) Steep 3-5 minutes in hot water. Then enjoy! TIP: Try not to leave the tea leaves in for longer than 5 minutes as it can make the tea start to taste bitter. TIP: Add a spoonful of honey or agave to sweeten your tea and enhance the flavor!
